Todd cooked his way through college as an English major and then pursued his passion for cooking as a choice career. Having completed studies in the Culinary Arts at the prestigious Art Institute of Atlanta, Todd brings over 15 years of experience in the Atlanta, GA, Washington, DC, and Charleston, SC, markets. Specializing in fresh meats and vegetables prepared American style, Todd oversees Amen Street’s Lowcountry seafood menu featuring of Daily Market Fresh Seafood, Shrimp, Oysters, Clams and more. Todd is married, a father of two, and enjoys golfing on Charleston’s courses. |
