Stephen Ollard, Executive Chef
Originally from Knoxville, Tenn., Ollard’s culinary roots can be traced back to Johnson & Wales University in Charleston where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He then went on to train through a two-year apprenticeship at the Four-Star Le Conte Club in Knoxville. It was there where Ollard learned to respect the inherent culinary value of local, seasonal ingredients.
Since then Chef Ollard has overseen or owned several High-End Restaurants in Tennessee and South Carolina.
Ollard and his wife, Franci, live with their two daughters in Mt Pleasant, S.C. When he’s not in the kitchen, he’s playing with his children, exercising and hitting the golf course.
