Polish it off: Chocolate Mousse to end the meal

After the many different varieties of flavor delivered during our Anne Amie Wine Dinner, a rich Chocolate Mousse was really the only way to end things.

The decadent treat worked marvelously with the remainder of our Pinot Noir to satisfy every taste-bud and signal the close of a delicious meal.

Makes you wanna say “Amen!”
